Controlled hosting

Open-source models identified as hosted by RouterLab are run on infrastructure used by Eyelo SA to provide the service in Switzerland and Germany, without transmission to an external model provider.

Content processing

RouterLab does not log or permanently archive the content of prompts and responses. This content may be retained for a very short period in a technical cache strictly required for the operation and delivery of the service.

Swiss FADP

Eyelo SA is established in Switzerland. Processing under its direct control is presented with minimization, security, and transparency in mind.

GDPR where applicable

Where the GDPR applies, access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability requests can be sent to the RouterLab support service operated by Eyelo SA. The user may also withdraw an applicable consent or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

  • usage data: called models, tokens, costs, and consumption events;

SEC 02

RouterLab routes and third-party providers

RouterLab may route a request to an open-source model hosted on infrastructure used by Eyelo SA to provide the service or to a proprietary model. When a proprietary model is selected, the required data is transmitted to the relevant provider, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, subject to the terms and safeguards applicable to the selected route.

Data-related requests can be sent to support@routerlab.ch. Eyelo SA may request identity verification before processing a request.
