2. Object
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the routerlab.ch website and access to services offered by Eyelo SA, including access to and use of artificial intelligence models (LLM), whether open source or proprietary. By using the site or services, the user accepts these GTC.
3. Description of Services
Eyelo SA provides:
- Access to artificial intelligence models (LLM), whether open source or closed.
- AI integrations, automation services, content generation or transformation.
- Access to third-party APIs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Grok/X, etc.).
- An online payment system for purchasing usage units, credits, subscriptions, or AI services.
Eyelo SA does not develop its own base models and does not modify the licenses applicable to these models.
4. Access to Services
Access to services may require account creation, direct payment via Stripe, or the use of an API key provided by Eyelo SA. Eyelo SA may refuse access or suspend a service in case of abusive, illegal usage, or non-compliance with these GTC.
6. Third-Party Services and Absence of Guarantee on Their Behavior
Open-source models identified as hosted by RouterLab are run on infrastructure operated by Eyelo SA in Switzerland and Germany. The data required to run them is not transmitted to an external model provider.
When the user selects a proprietary model, the data required to process the request is transmitted to the relevant provider, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. In this context, Eyelo SA cannot guarantee:
- The continuous availability of models and services provided by these third parties.
- Identical locations, retention periods, or processing conditions for every proprietary route.
- The absence of errors, inappropriate content, or malfunctions arising from the models used.
- That third-party providers will maintain their features, pricing, or terms without modification.
The user acknowledges that the use of AI involves a degree of uncertainty, inaccuracy, and unpredictable behavior ('hallucinations').
7. Payment and Withdrawal
Payment is made via Stripe directly on routerlab.ch. No access to paid services is provided before payment confirmation. Prices are stated in USD. The total price, applicable taxes, and any fees are displayed before payment is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal and service activation:
Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for services purchased online. Subject to any applicable mandatory provisions, purchases of credits, subscriptions, and other digital services are not refundable after activation or consumption. Where a user benefits from a statutory right of withdrawal, that right remains fully reserved. By requesting immediate activation before any withdrawal period has expired, the user expressly requests that performance of the contract begin. If a valid withdrawal is exercised after performance has begun, RouterLab may charge or deduct the proportion of the service already provided or consumed, to the extent permitted by law. Where the service has been fully performed with the user’s prior agreement, the right of withdrawal may be lost in accordance with applicable law.
8. Absence of Warranty
Eyelo SA does not guarantee:
- The accuracy or reliability of responses generated by AI models.
- The continuous availability of services.
- A specific result or particular performance.
Results produced by AI models should never be considered as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services and responses generated by artificial intelligence models may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unpredictable content. The user remains responsible for verifying outputs and any decisions made on their basis.
- To the extent permitted by law, indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunity.
- Damage resulting from non-compliant, abusive, or unlawful use of the services by the user.
- Interruptions or changes to third-party services that are reasonably beyond Eyelo SA’s control.
- Consequences of decisions made by the user on the basis of generated outputs without appropriate verification.
- Content, instructions, or data submitted by the user in breach of law or third-party rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Eyelo SA’s total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. They do not limit Eyelo SA’s own obligations regarding security, billing, and the protection of data under its control.
10. Intellectual Property
Open source or closed models used via routerlab.ch remain subject to their respective licenses. Eyelo SA claims no ownership rights over these models.
- Content generated by users via open models is generally free to use (according to LLM license).
- Proprietary models may impose restrictions (see OpenAI, Anthropic, Google conditions, etc.).
The user remains responsible for complying with licenses corresponding to the models used.
11. Right of Refusal
Eyelo SA reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a project or user access in case of:
- Non-compliance with GTC.
- Legal risk.
- Request contrary to the company's values or technical limits.
12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
For business customers, the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland) have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, any mandatory jurisdiction provided by applicable law remains reserved. Nothing in these GTC deprives a consumer of mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
